Telekom Spotify Option but no premium

Hi Folks,

i am a Telekom costumer and had a little trouble over the past months with my provider. Long story and unnecessary to write here!

After all the trouble everything just went good and my provider reactivated my contract. 

Here starts the Spotify problem:

Spotify turned off my Premium membership and set me to a free user. After the reactivation of Telekom spotify just stayed free.

I went on and called the service hotline of Telekom and they cannot do anything. So go further and emailed the Spotify Support. I explained my curious Problem with all details and what comes back was intriguing: reset password.

So here is my question: Did i something wrong or did i overlooked something? Or it is possible that the problem can only be solved by the Spotify support?

Hi bauerlukas - Thanks for getting in touch. It actually sounds like you'll need to speak Telekom about this issue. As your subscription is through them they have access to your payment/ subscription details.
