Telekom voucher (Premium free for three months) for existing premium account

Dear community,

first I have to say sorry for my English for I am not a native speaker.

I got a voucher code from German Telekom to test Spotify Premium for 3 month but I already have Spotify Premium Family. 

According to the Telekom shop system the voucher should be credited to my account if I already have Spotify Premium. Now I tried to enter the code at http://www.spotify.com/redeem but the system said the code doesn't work because I already are a Premium user. 

Can you clarify if I understood something incorrectly or are the Telekom and Spotify statements contradictory? If possible I would be very pleased if the credit can be charged to my account.

Sorry, es ist leider nicht möglich Premium Family in Verbindung mit anderen Abonnements zu benutzen, z.B. über einen Mobilfunkanbieter. Rabattaktionen können generell nicht auf Premium Family-Konten angewendet werden.
