Cuando intento inciar Spotify me aparece un mensaje de que mi utimo pago no paso pero mes tras mes me aparece un cargo por el servicio en mi tarjeta de banco

It's best you go through the troubleshooting suggested in this support article 🙂 Most likely you have an active Premium subscription on an account, which you're not using.
