Terminate premium with forgotten password and inactive email

Hello, 

A few months ago my daughter opened a spotofy account and upgraded it to premium using my credit card, whuch I agreed upon.

Now I have subscribed premium family and I'd like her to join the family account.

Problem is, she has forgotten her password and the email she registered with is inactive because we changed our provider.

Of course she can open a new account but how can I stop the premium payment on the old account?
