Termination of Spotify Premium this month but still paid 9,99€, dont have Premium

Hello,

I had Spotify Premium for like 4 Months now. I cancelled the Premium because it was too expensive for me. As i did so two days ago i still paid those 9,99€ for this month. I would like to get either my money back or the Spotify premium feature for this month..

I attached a proof of the payment for this month.

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
