Termination of my ability to create playlists (name, image, description). Help!

Plan: Premium (Family Plan)

Country: Switzerland

Device: iPhone 6s (IOS 14 ), Pixel (Android Q), Macbook Pro (macOS BigSur), HP (Windwows 10)

 

My Question or Issue:

 

Spotify's support seems to have restricted my ability to create and share playlists completely.  Over a year ago a malicious person abused Spotify's reporting system and sent countless reports that my playlists included inappropriate or offensive content (which was never the case). After all those claims, Spotify support restricted my ability to upload playlist images and descriptions. I have exchanged numerous emails with Spotify's support absolutely no result. And this week, they seem to have restricted my ability to name my playlists without a reason, warning, or an explanation. I sent them my concerns, but they don't really seem to want to solve my problem. I don't know what to do. My Spotify account/profile is my personal music diary and I want to keep using my profile/account. If someone can help me out I would be eternally grateful.

I'd recommend that you double-check your Spam folder and/or filter-search emails from Spotify in all your inboxes if you didn't receive an answer in a while.

 

We (the Community) don't have any backstage access, so we're unable to suggest anything else in this case.

Thank you for answering.

I double-checked my Spam folder and/or filtered-search emails from Spotify in all my inboxes and haven't received an answer to my new email/questions (sent last Friday). I hope they will address my information requests and soon solve this ongoing issue.
