Thailand Spotify Family subscription not accepting payment

Hello, I am in Thailand and trying to get a family premium plan, but when I fill out the form with my Thai credit card, it is not accepted.  I tried my other cards and they don't work either.

Hey Yoda,

that's a bummer!

It's multiple reasons why a credit card can be denied.

However, I'll help you out as good as I can.

Here's a list that might help:

• Make sure you don't have used the same credit card for more than one account.
• Make sure your account has the same country setting as your credit card comes from. (You can check this by going to Account overview.
• Has the card expired or been canceled?
• Have you entered all the correct details?
• Is your card enabled for foreign purchases online, and online and recurring transactions?
