The Discovery Weekly playlist hasn't updated in weeks

Googling the issue turns up TONS having the same issue & NO solution. I'm done paying for premium if this isn't resolved as this is one of the main things I enjoyed about music I'd otherwise have access to free

Sorry for the delayed response, some posts get lost in the crowd 🙂

That doesn't sound right. I'd recommend to make sure of the following first:

  • Private Session isn't enabled
  • You have been listening regularly for at least a couple of weeks (not just from Discover Weekly however)

If you've done the above and it still hasn't updated, try unfollowing and following back the playlist and see if it has updated the following Monday.

 

Let me know how it goes. If it persists, I can escalate it to the right team 🙂
