The Premium code you entered has already been used

Purchased a $30 Gift Card from Target today and tried to redeem but to no avail. 

Message in red-"The Premium code you entered has already been used." Logged out and Logged back in and still same message?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to investigate what has happened a little closer for you. All payment/gift card issues are dealt with that rather than here on the community since its much easier to keep details private that way. In order to keep things swift, be sure to include the code when you get in touch.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
