The email address on my account has been changed

Hi. I can still log into spotify via facebook but when I try to go into my account it still shows my user name however the email has changed to a german email address kingaissa@outlook.de and the date of birth has changed. I can't change the password or edit the account as it is telling my that the password is wrong. I have tried to contact spotify via the contact form but I just get a message back saying that they will email a response to kingaissa@outlook.de which is not me and is not helpful.

I really need to talk to somebody but cant find a way to do this.

Spotify Customer Support can help recovering your account. It's best to contact them using the alternative form. Make sure that you're not logged in to your account else you will receive a reply on the email attached to your account.
