The email with the device user name and the link to set the device password was never sent

The only reason I signed up for premium was to download playlists on to my phone becuase I am a marine biologist and have many long trips to field sites with limited to zero coverage. As you can see, Spotify would be ideal for this. I have downloaded the app to my phone and now all I need to do is log in, but I can not because the email with the device user name and the link to set the device password never was sent to my email account. It has been 14 hours since I last requested the password link. Please help! I am afraid of becoming a crazy lady who talks to the animals. Thank you.
