The link to join family premium won't work for my daughter

I Sent her a link to join our family subscription and she gets the error, 'this page cannot be found'

I recommend making sure the invite link you've sent isn't incomplete. It should look something like this: spotify.com/family/join/invite/[some random letters and numbers].

If it's incomplete, please try to create a new invite through a different browser/device 🙂
