The money has been removed from my card but i cant access my account

The money has been removed from my card but i cant access my account

It shows on my recent payments that $7.99 were debit from my card but when i tried to access my account it says my payment didnt go through, also i received an email on 04/17 saying that my payment wasnt successful when it shows that the money was removed from my card on 04/11.

I'd recommend you to contact support directly so they can help you sort this out. You can do so here.

If you receive an automated email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.
Support usually answers within 24-48 hours.
