The premium trial ended before its renewal time

I got a 3-month premium trial; it just changed back to the free plan before its time for renewal. It hasn't been a month yet

First, make sure you're logging into the correct account. You might have more than one account created and if you log in with another one, you can get the free version. Check out this thread for tips on how to check if you have any additional accounts.

If you're sure you're in the correct account and are still not seeing Premium, it's best to reach out to Support team. They'll help you check.
