Since yesterday I have been unable to redeem my 12-month gift card, just getting the "Ooops!"-message. I can see othes have had the same problem earlier, and it seems it just sorted itself out if they waited enough days - besides using the contact form, is it anything I could do but wait, and if I do wait, will it work eventually?
