My Question or Issue

I'm trying to change my password for my premium account "Aelislost". I don't remember the email I used for it and I keep getting the "The username you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account." error. The profile still exists when I enter it in the search bar, but for some reason spotify can't find it. I'm currently using a separate free account to contact customer support.

In this case, I'd recommend checking out this support article > Old email address? section. From there, you should get an option to contact Customer Support who can help update your account.
