The wrong account was given Premium and I was charged for a Free Trial!

The wrong account was given Premium and I was charged for a Free Trial!

Yesterday I created a new account to take advantage of the free 30 day trial of Premium.  I created this account, however, the Premium was added to the account already synced to the computer I am using....

 

I later logged in from my phone and activated Premium on my new account, and was charged $9.99 for my first month even though it was  free for 30 days.

 

This is very inconvenient as I have now been charged for a free 30 day trial AND I have to cancel the subscription on another account.

 

I'm sure this was an obvious option in the registration process....but why would the website let me create a new account and then sync the Premium to another one?

 

I would like a refund on the $9.99 and to remedy the situation, but don't know who to contact 😕

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

Sorry you are having hassle, that is pretty rare! If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to get everything set up just right for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
