Think my account has been hacked

Hi,

I think my account may have been hacked. I can access my Spotify Premium account, but I frequently get kicked off advising "another device is currently using this account". Moreover, I have songs showing as "recently played" that I would never listen to. I live alone, and I'm not big into sharing. lol

I have changed my password and removed attached devices, but this is still happening. 

Any advice?
