Third account that i havent registered

Hi, since past month im recieving a third account payment for spotify premium, but i only have 2 premium accounts, any help? how do i detect which account is the "false one" and why do i have it?

Hey @PrimiciaLR,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Checking your receipts is a way to confirm your payments.

 

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. With your payment details, they may find the accounts you may be paying.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

 

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
