My Question or Issue

I'm from Brazil. Someone in Germany created this account using an e-mail of mine and it had a login in Serbia.

I already have my own spotify account, with another e-mail, so i just want to nuke this account and get this e-mail on a banned list of sorts here.

I recommend contacting Spotify Support's Accounts team by filling in their contact form. They can investigate this further and close down this account for you; however, bear in mind that they may be experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
