This email already used

Using the address I have had for many years, I received information saying I cannot because the email has already been used. This is my first time on Spotify. .Please help..I M doomed before I start.

That doesn't sound quite right. 

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address in the login process?

Sorry, i missunderstood something.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial. 

And are you sure that you didn't used this email before for Spotify ?

I think my son may have used it when he was 12.
