Alright so i tried to create my own account,not use fb, but after i fill everithing it says This form has expired. Please reload the page and try again. iv'e reloaded tha page 10 times and re-complete and still nothing happens. is this about not beeing in USA?

Just to check, what country are you currently in? You might want to give the signup link a go on a different browser or incognito window as well.

Well im from Romania and i don't have my account for 14 days it's like 5 or 6 days and i do not use proxy,but the thing is i was able to use Spotify but i just got disconected and idno wht

We're afraid you can only use Spotify Free for only 14 days while you're abroad. More info here.

It also looks like Spotify isn't available in Romania. Not to worry, you should be able to log back in to your account once you're back in the US. Hope that helps.
