My Question or Issue

The fact that I cannot sign into my account because someone has hijacked it and I still have not heard back from anyone from Spotify to fix this.. IS BEYOND UPSETTING. I have been a Spotify subscriber for YEARS. I need someone to fix this ASAP. I cannot believe I trusted Spotify with my personal and credit card information and this is what’s happening. The lack of customer care is unreal. I need to hear from someone who is going to resolve this issue for me now. This is very serious.

I'm sorry to hear this, but I'll do my best to help.

It's good to follow the steps in this support article completely which will allow you to get in touch with Customer Support. They'll take a look and do all they can to return access back to you. If they're reaching out to you by email, expect a reply within 24-48 hours.
