This is silly. I'm paying 10 dollars a month and cannot get a solution within 24 hours.

This is silly. I'm paying 10 dollars a month and cannot get a solution within 24 hours.

I've lost all my playlists, radio stations, and premium account and was recommended to a generic response page and still no help, no phone number to contact and the problem remains unsolved. WTF?

Are you sure you have logged in with the right set of credentials. Many people accidently generate themselves 2 set of credetnaisl

 

1 set with Facebook login

1 set without Facebook login

 

You could have premium active on one account and then generated a new set of ID's that is blank.


This is very common.

 

Try logging in from www.spotify.com and check if you have an active premium subscription set.

Be sure to use the right set of credentials. The credentials used on the website that shows active subscription

is surely the one to use.

I would also suggest you have a read at the instructions in this post by the forum staff which in most cases will solve the issue you are describing.

my playlists, radio stations, and subscription info have been completely deleted. The error started when i reinstalled the app to my cell phone. I have tried all the listed solutions to no success
