This is very frustrating. I need some real help here.

This is very frustrating. I need some real help here.

I have spotify premium. My offline playlists just stopped working so I thought maybe something went wrong with the payment but I checked my account and it should be good until February 22. What is the problem? Also I tried to change my payment method and it just wont work. My card is authorized for online purchases.

Hi,

 

Thanks for your email.  Have you been offline for more than 30 days?  If so, then that is the problem as the application needs to connect to the service at least once every 30 days.  If you set your app to online and search for a track, you should then be able to set the app back offline and then continue using your offline lists.
