My friend is having exactly the same issue.
The account is: danni.barrientos
And I have a similar issue because appears this message when I try to add a payment method: "Unfortunately, there is no support at the moment to make this type of change to your subscription. Contact our customer service team who can help you further."
Both account are from Chile.
