Thrown out from Premium

Hello. Suddenly I´ve been automatically logged out of Spotify Premium and I ca...nt get back in. Since I am always getting logged in directly I have forgotten both userid and password. When I log in with facebook Spotify says that I do not have Premium. But I have payed 99 sek 4th of may, 4th of june, 6th of July and now on the 2nd of August there has been a withdrawal of 149 SEK?? Help...?

Hey,

I'm sorry about you're issue can't say I've experineced anything like that before. Try this though,

1. Log out of Facebook and log back in then log into Spotify.

2. Since you can't enter you're account directly through spotify, try clicking "Forgot Password" or something a log those lines.

3. If you keep on logging in and out.

4. If this doesn't seem to be resolved try contacting Spotify Support and see what they can do.

BTW, I'm talking from experience and I'm not a Spotify Moderator or anything.
