Why does my account have a time limit on it. The whole point of me choosing Spotify over pandora wa more control and a better system.

Free users get 2.5 hours per week. You have to pay for a subscription to get more.

As you're in the US, you shouldn't be running into a time limit - Could you pop a screenshot up at all?

Really? Is that new? I live in france and since i downloaded Spotify, i used it free for full days already! That time limit just popped up!

You can find out how much music you can play on Spotify in your country here.

In France there is a 10h/month limit, but there's an additional limit of 5 plays per track. In your country, Spotify Free is basically worthless and you have to pay.
