Hi @iranspotify welcome to the Spotify Community!
Once a premium subscription expires any offline playlists will be removed from the device they've been downloaded to but can be re-downloaded again once you're back on premium.
The playlist won't be deleted however and if you do want to find your old playlist you can do that here.
