To change my email and my username

My Question or Issue

Good day Spotify Help Team,

I am writing here about my issues for my email and my username that has been going on for years. I have been using the same account ever since i was 13/14 years old ( now i am 21) and i created an email that i no longer use on this spotify. I have no access to that email now. Now, i have been logging in with my spotify using my facebook. I want to be able to reset my email, password and username on this spotify since i do not want to create another spotify account.

I hope you will get back to me on this and give me a solution.

I recommend reaching out to Support so that they can look into this for you: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/. 🙂

Keep in mind that usernames cannot be changed, and you must create a new account if you'd like to change yours.
