Took my money and didn't give me premium

Took my money and didn't give me premium

 Spotify took $12.99 from my itunes account when i tried to renew my spotify premium (I haven't had it for a few months), but my spotify account subscription is still listed as "free." I did not get an email receipt, but the email i checked is the same as the one linked with the spotify account. I do not have any other accounts, so i am not logging into the wrong one. I logged in an out multiple times, as well as restarted my phone, laptop, and app itself for the past 30 minutes or so. I would really appreciate any help. Thanks (:

Hey @jordansck,

 

Unfortunately, In-App-Purchases are disabled at the moment so you won't be able to purchase Spotify Premium through iTunes. You can still subscribe to Premium here: https://spotify.com/premium

but it took the money from my itunes account... if it isn't possible, why/how would it take my money?
