Tracks skip to random Vietnamese songs

About once every half hour whatever song I was listening to stops playing, and instead some random Vietnamese track starts playing. I have already tried to log off on all devices, change my password etc, but that doesnt help. The songs are played from a computer I don't recognize. This has been consistently happening for over two weeks now.

Is there any way I can stop this from happening? Can I somehow block this computer from accessing my account?

Can you let us know what device/operating system and Spotify version you're currently using?

The same thing is happening to me actually - I use Spotify on an iPad, iPhone, a Windows PC and an iMac. Tried changing password, logging out of all computers, etc. Sometimes I'll start listening and the last played song is a Vietnamese one I (obviously) don't recognise, other times it's during playback of another song and it will just change. Help!

I'm experiencing the exact same problem! I use Spotify on my MacBook Pro, Samsung Note 4, and my Ellipsis 8 HD. Anybody have a cure for this?

Same problem here and I've taken screenshots of most of the times it's happened. I wondered if I'd been hacked. The songs never show up on my "recently played" or "searched" proving that I made no attempt to access the song. I have a paid subscription. This happend on my iPhone. Has anyone from Spotify provided an answer yet? I don't want to keep paying for creepy songs to interrupt whatever I'm listening to.

I'm having the same issues! Some random WIN####### keeps accessing my account and suddenly a vietnamese song starts playing. It's extremely frustrating...especially when I'm working out. I've changed my passwords, logged out all devices and nothing. 

Spotify are you listening? This is obviously some kind of a bug and users accounts have been compromised. Please fix this annoying issue before I cancel my service

This has been happening to me too! I just googled 'spotify hacked by vietnamese songs' and came upon this thread. Has anyone figured out how to fix? It's kind of hilarious but also, not so much.

It made me laugh at first but it's now ruining my experience of Spotify, which they seem to be doing nothing about.
