Transfer Facebook play list and cancel

I have a spotify account with my Facebook whigh I have now cancelled so can't access the spotify. I have since created a new spotify account and want to transfer the play liststore to my new account and cancel the old one linked to Facebook. How can I do this because the support pages are useless

I'd suggest that you use the contact form to get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff to transfer your old playlists to your new account.
