Transfer money to other account

Hello.

I have 2 accounts

One that i pay monthly and another one that i paid 1 year in advance...

I want to close the lasty one (paid in advance) but i don't want to loose my money

Is there any chance to use the remaining money to pay the other account?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
