Transfering playlist

My account wouldn't play certain songs and I talked with a lady about it and she said to make a new account and she will transfer all my playlist to my new account but it's been 8 hours and nothing happened.

I hope you're having a wonderful day today! A solution I can think of is going on the old account, making all the playlists public, then finding your old account on the new one and following them.

Though, if you want to add music to them you have to make it collarbrative and then anyone can follow and change it.

You might be best waiting a bit longer too.
