Transfering playslists from an old account to a new one

Hey!

I want to creat a new account cause I need to change my usename, and since this option doesn't exist on spotify I'm creating a new one. My question is: Can I have my playlists transfered to this new account? I don't want to follow, I wanna have them as the creator and be able to edit them and all.
