Transferring Spotify Banking with OIN (Originator Identification Number)

Hello All,

I am currently trying to transfer my direct debit from one bank account to another. Typically this can be arranged with the banks but in my case the bank is being extremely unhelpful. I am now 4 months into this problem.

What I need is the Originator Identification Number for my spotify payments i.e. the OIN for Spotify.

Can you tell me where to get this? The bank that makes the payments would be the obvious go-to but like I said; extremely unhelpful.

You can try getting in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see if they can give you those details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
