Transferring from existing premium account to Singtel premium

Hi,

Understand that I have to cancel my current subscription before I am able to activate Singtel premium subscription, however, I have not received any message from Singtel with regards to that. Please kindly advise if I am required to proceed with the cancellation first before I am able to receive the instructions to activate Singtel subscription.

Yes of course you have to cancel your current subscription to be able to receive Premium from Singtel.
