Traveling to jamaica

I heard from a number of my family in jamaica that spotify isn't available there. Does that mean when i go there on vacation i won't be able to use my subscription at all?

If you're traveling, you can use Spotify Premium anywhere in the world, even in those countries were Spotify is not available.
