Travelled to another country, came back, and all friends and playlists disappeared

I'm Canadian.

I travelled to the US. My account country was changed to US.

When I returned I had to change the country code back to Canada to continue using my account.

When I changed it back to Canada, all of my friends and playlists were gone.

What do I do?

That sounds very odd. Let's try to figure it out.

First of all, are you a Free or Premium user? Have you checked this useful support site guide here?

Is your music gone as well? It might be that you created a duplicate account in this case. I'd suggest you follow this survey that should point you in the right direction.
