Trial - First payment - Cleared all my downloaded tracks...

i am very frustrated with Spotify service as I am currently in an isolated place with limit and weak wifi signal. My trial period recently finished, and as I was expecting I was charged my first payment. In the process of this change all my downloaded offline music became invisable.. I have not had the chance of quality wifi to redownload my music and I am now disppointed with the spotify service and would like to be reimbursed for the inconvienance caused as I had made the seemingly unintelligent mistake of relieing purely on Spotify. If I am not reimbursed i will be desactivating my service in the first available connection to stronger wifi.
