I tried to sign up for the 30-day Spotify Premium trial and I just received a bill for payment. 

 

Since there isn't a way to call you guys about it, I'm posting it here. I would like a refund or a credit for next month, what can I do?

 

I love the service, but why offer something that isn't true?

Hi Nickgy2006- As this is a very specific payments query, you'll need to fill out our contact form (about us > contact).

 

A member of our payments team will then be able to handle your case.
