Tried adding second artist profile twice (first time 2 months back) - no luck

My Question or Issue

Tried adding my Kynarian artist profile to my inyourroomofficial account (with Tomii artist account) twice, first try was in februari. No luck, second time I just get a prompt telling me 'you dont have access to this artist' - uhm, yeah, thats what I try to change! Please help.

The best way to log in to the artist account is from your main distribution such as distro kid. You can then add your email as a team member. Hope this helps
