Tried to Subscribe to Premium but it did not bill me. Help.

Hi,

 

I am paying spotify via Prepaid Load. I already entered my validation code and I was able to get a receipt however I did not get any confirmation on my email on on the Receipts under Accounts.

 

Then I went back to subcribe to premium but now what I can only see is the Family Plan, which I don't want. I only want to subscribe to the Premium.

 

I attached screenshots.

It seems like you're already Premium. To confirm that, just click here.

 

Does the account show as Free or Premium?

No. It still says Free.

Ok @alecedrav,

 

From that screen, when you click on Get Premium, the next page should show regular Premium as well as the Family option.

 

Please try again, this time using different browsers. And don't forget to clear their cache before.
