Tried to activate premium family without an free account before

I just wanted to activate my account for the premium family spotify, after I realized that it didn't wirk, I read that I have to had an free account befor, which I hadnt, so now my account doesn't work. Do you know what I can do now to get it work?

I'm really sorry you have problems with activating Family discount accounts.

First, to get Family Plan to your main account, you don't need to ensure it is free. You can upgrade in Premium too.

If you go to this link, you can select how much discounted accounts you need. If there some problems, let me know. Example, boyfriend and girlfriend: 14,99 €, both Premium.
