Tried to get student discount, charged twice

Tried to get student discount, charged twice

I tried to sign up for the student discount and it wouldnt verify me as a student but they still charged me for trying to sign up and I dont even have premium yet. They charged me for $5 two times.

I don't have a twitter, how can I reach them? I sent an email and they told me look for answers here.

You most probably did the application a few times...right? 😃

 

Just make 100% sure it's not a pending charge. Those can take a few days to release. You can always contact your bank to see if it's pending or not, but most probably since it's related to your student discount, it will be a pending charge 😉

 

If you do end up being billed twice, contact customer care and they'll sort it out for you, no worries! 😉
