Tried to set up my premium account again - didn't work

Hi there,

 

I'm from Germany and I wanted to upgrade my account to a student premium account. The registration with UNIDAYS worked fine and they even found my university. But when I picked "Rechnung" or bill and entered my address and stuff like that, I got the note that something went wrong and that I should try again. But after ten times trying again and again and again nothing had changed...

Can somebody please help me???

Can you try using a different payment method to see if that works?

No unfortunately I can only Do bill pay. I have no credit card and no pay
pall...

Hmm. I guess we need to go through all the basic troubleshooting then. :')

 

  1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies and then try it again
  2. Try it in ingocnito mode
  3. Try it in another browser
  4. Try it on another device
  5. Try it while being connected to a different connection (eg. 3G/LTE instead of Wifi)

No, not at all. Tried also to set up a new account but it didn't work either... kinda pissed right now
