Triple Charged this Month when opening premium student account

I opened a student account this month and was charged 3 times for my student premium subscription.   I have looked to see if it was credited forward and my next payment says it is due 10/3/16 so that is not the case.

I did have to attempt the student verification 3 times because it failed the first 2 times because the verification system didn't recognize my school so I had to go through SheerID Support.   This is no excuse for me being charged 3X though.  

I'd just like the $10.52 back that I never owed from the 2 extra charges this month.

Hey @nbottois53,

 

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email for these charges, it's very likely just a pending charge.
