Trouble Adding a premium user

Hi! 
I want to add my father in my premium family acount. But when he tried the link it says that it is for another country. 
Both of us are in te same country, Argentina. 
Do you know how to add him in my account? How to solve this?

Please make sure that both account's are set to the same country setting: https://www.spotify.com/account/profile/
