Trouble Logging in after accidentally connecting facebook to another profile on family subscription

I have a family premium subscription. My main profile was created with my facebook account. I wanted to share on facebook a playlist I created while logged into another profile I use on the family subscription so I connected to my facebook account with that profile and now I can not login to my main profile. I've had that profile for a long time 1,000s of songs in playlists and I'd hate to think I've lost all that. As far as I can tell the only way to fix this is contacting spotify. Which I have with no response. Appreciate any help if anyone else has come across this. I know that profile still exists cause I follow it with this profile and can see it. Thanks in advance.

The Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

If you still have not gotten a reply:

 

    • Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
    • If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.
    • If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check your accounts email address here.
